Civil Project Engineer II/III - Land Development

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III to join the Land Development team in Columbia, SC, contributing to land development projects from residential neighborhoods to commercial developments and public spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or other CAD software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
