Job Description
Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Moore branch has an immediate opening for a Member Service Officer (MSO) to assist members with various services, including opening new accounts, taking loan applications, and performing financial and non-financial transactions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of applicable work experience in a related position. Requirements
- Assisting members with opening new accounts
- Taking loan applications
- Performing financial and non-financial transactions
- Serving members with various services provided at each branch
- Assisting with training other team members
- Knowledge of TFCU history, code of ethics, products, and services
- Knowledge of lending policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B and Reg. Z
