Job Description
TFCU is seeking a Member Service Officer (MSO) for its Choctaw branch. As an MSO, you will assist members with opening new accounts, taking loan applications, and performing financial and non-financial transactions. You will also assist with training other team members and have opportunities for professional development and growth through training and continued education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years applicable work experience in a closely related position
- Financial institution experience is preferred
- Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority, TFCU University certification required and completed, SAFE Act registration required, Complete and pass regulations training
