Head of Collectibles Insurance Programs

Tint is seeking a Head of Collectibles Insurance Programs to lead the strategy, development, and growth of insurance solutions serving the collectibles market, including fine art, trading cards, memorabilia, luxury goods, and other high-value assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in specialty insurance such as collectibles, fine art, inland marine, or high-net-worth personal lines.
• Experience designing or launching insurance programs, including underwriting structures, filings, and carrier partnerships.
• Strong understanding of risk characteristics for collectibles, including valuation, authentication/provenance, storage, transit, and fraud/theft risks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and sales teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable insurance solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across carriers, partners, and internal teams.
