Tint is seeking a Head of Events Insurance Programs to lead the strategy, development, and growth of insurance solutions serving the events market.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in event insurance, contingency insurance, specialty lines, or related areas
Proven experience designing or launching insurance programs, including underwriting structures, filings, and carrier partnerships
Strong understanding of event-related risk characteristics, including cancellation, liability, weather risk, and vendor or performer-related exposures
Experience working with insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and reinsurers to structure insurance programs
Experience with or strong interest in embedded insurance and digital distribution models
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and sales teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable insurance solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across carriers, partners, and internal teams
