Tipalti is looking for a Senior QA Lead to act as a Quality Owner, driving scalable, consistent, and measurable quality across multiple development teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of QA experience (Web-oriented)
- 2+ Previous experience as a QA lead or tech lead
- Strong understanding of modern testing approaches (shift-left, CI/CD, test pyramid)
- Experience defining testing strategies and improving quality practices across teams
- Experience influencing design and identifying gaps early in the development lifecycle
- Strong system thinking and ability to understand cross-team dependencies
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisions based on impact and risk
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Playwright or similar)
- Experience in backend / API testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with a relational database
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
