Senior Web Developer

You’ll operate as a senior individual contributor and the de facto technical lead across our marketing web properties, owning architecture direction, enforcing coding standards, driving performance excellence, and accelerating high-quality feature delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional web development experience
• 4+ years hands-on WordPress/PHP development at scale
• Demonstrated lead-level influence (mentoring, establishing standards)
• Deep proficiency in PHP, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS, with a strong grasp of code architecture principles (Model-View-Controller).
• Proven record of improving page performance and Core Web Vitals on marketing or content-heavy sites.
• Testing mindset: comfortable with unit (PHPUnit), integration, and end-to-end (Playwright or similar) test strategies.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving cross-browser/front-end compatibility issues (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and responsive layout bugs across major mobile viewports.
