Job Description
Tipalti is seeking a Technical Support Team Lead to oversee a team and drive seamless daily operations. This role involves mentoring team members, resolving technical issues, overseeing ticket assignments, and collaborating with customers and global managers. Tipalti's AI-powered platform is used by finance teams globally for automation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Support or Technical Support, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a technical support or engineering team, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Availability to assist with critical Sev 1 issues outside of standard working hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
