IT Team Manager

We're seeking a proactive and experienced IT Team Manager to lead agile development practices across one or more cross-functional teams within our Business Intelligence department.

Requirements

• Lead one or more agile development teams
• Translate business objectives into actionable sprint goals
• Oversee day-to-day team performance
• Coach teams on agile values, principles, and frameworks
• Identify and remove obstacles to progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog
• Monitor team health and sprint metrics
• Lead hiring efforts
• Manage onboarding of new team members
• Facilitate team development through mentorship and skill-building
• Design and deliver training sessions and individual coaching
• Coordinate and communicate with supplier partners
• Participate in code review process
• Generate, support and coach to SOP standards
