We're seeking a proactive and experienced IT Team Manager to lead agile development practices across one or more cross-functional teams within our Business Intelligence department.
Requirements
- Lead one or more agile development teams
- Translate business objectives into actionable sprint goals
- Oversee day-to-day team performance
- Coach teams on agile values, principles, and frameworks
- Identify and remove obstacles to progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog
- Monitor team health and sprint metrics
- Lead hiring efforts
- Manage onboarding of new team members
- Facilitate team development through mentorship and skill-building
- Design and deliver training sessions and individual coaching
- Coordinate and communicate with supplier partners
- Participate in code review process
- Generate, support and coach to SOP standards
