Tishman Speyer is seeking a Seasonal Heavy Duty Cleaner to maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and the community. The successful candidate will ensure all areas are clean, disinfected, and items are restocked and maintained to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Passion for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Forklift Certification: Required
• Valid and active driver's license in good standing
• Ability to understand and communicate in English verbally, at an intermediate level
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach over-head, place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
