Seasonal Light Duty Cleaner

Tishman Speyer is seeking a Seasonal Light Duty Cleaner to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including disinfecting high-touch areas and restocking supplies.

Requirements

• Remove trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Broom, sweep, dust mop, and damp mop non-carpeted flooring.
• Broom, sweep, and/or vacuum all carpeted flooring.
• Dust and wipe down all furniture, equipment, telephones, and other surfaces.
• Disinfect all common areas, including corridors, elevator, and lobbies.
• Clean, restock, and disinfect lavatories.
• Report any malfunctioning or non-working items to a supervisor.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and management regarding tasks, requests, and updates.
