The Titan Group provides a broad range of services across the whole wealth value chain. We are looking to hire a Training and Competence Manager to develop Trainee Financial Planners to reach competent adviser status and to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
Requirements
- Current experience working in a Training & Competence role within the Financial Services sector
- Experience of providing effective Coaching
- Working knowledge of relevant FCA rules
- A solid understanding of complaints procedures
- A good understanding of other relevant legislation, including that related to financial crime and GDPR
- An strong understanding of updating policies and procedures
- An in depth understanding of Training & Competency
- Working knowledge of and be competent with Microsoft Applications
- Qualified to at least QCF Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- AF7, CF8 and ER1 preferred but not essential
