Training and Competence Manager

The Titan Group provides a broad range of services across the whole wealth value chain. We are looking to hire a Training and Competence Manager to develop Trainee Financial Planners to reach competent adviser status and to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.

Requirements

• Current experience working in a Training & Competence role within the Financial Services sector
• Experience of providing effective Coaching
• Working knowledge of relevant FCA rules
• A solid understanding of complaints procedures
• A good understanding of other relevant legislation, including that related to financial crime and GDPR
• An strong understanding of updating policies and procedures
• An in depth understanding of Training & Competency
• Working knowledge of and be competent with Microsoft Applications
• Qualified to at least QCF Level 4 or equivalent qualification
• AF7, CF8 and ER1 preferred but not essential
