Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience on consumer products
• Strong foundation in design thinking, craft, and execution
• Proven experience designing complex workflows with multiple steps, conditions, and outcomes
• Solid mobile experience (iOS/Android); consumer mobile design is required
• Experience working on small teams where designers are close to decisions and outcomes
