Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Success Manager with at least 2 years of experience managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term account success.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and align solutions to business goals
