Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our business initiatives.
Requirements
- Assist in eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Create and maintain detailed process flows, business models, and system documentation
- Perform basic data analysis to help identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented
- Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects
- Develop test plans and test cases to verify that solutions meet business requirements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
