Job Description
We're seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer with a passion for both design and construction to join our Roadway & Utilities group. As a member of our team, you will work alongside multi-disciplined engineering professionals to design roadway and utility projects within the Twin Cities metro area and throughout the State of Minnesota.
Requirements
- Collaborate with civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, design, and planning professionals on multidisciplinary projects
- Assist in the design of roadway and utility infrastructure
- Conduct site assessments to gather field data and evaluate existing conditions
- Develop construction documents, plans, and specifications using industry-standard tools and practices
- Observe construction operations to ensure design intent, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
- Communicate effectively with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of the project
