Job Description
As a Senior Professional Civil Engineer, you'll lead impactful projects that enhance community connectivity and safety. You will lead design and project coordination throughout the full cycle of a variety of roadway and municipal projects from feasibility studies, initial design, final design to supervising construction of design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota
- Minimum of 10- 20 years of technical design experience with municipal and/or transportation projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined projects
- Previous business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop less experienced professionals
- Experience with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) reviews for civil projects
- Experience working with regulatory agencies
- Experience and understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D
