We are looking for an experienced Assistant Service Technician to join our team in Hyde Park. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, professional, and have a strong background in maintenance and repair services.

Requirements

• Minimum three years property management experience in a fast-paced residential community
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
• A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Experience with property management software (Yardi and CRM)
• Competency in Microsoft Office
