Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician for our property, The Iroquois Club. Our Service Team contributes a high level of residential property maintenance knowledge and skill to the operation of the property.

Requirements

• At least 3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community
• Must have experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• A proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional English
• Knowledge of the safe and proper use of common tools, cleaning products and supplies
• Ability to navigate stairs and ladders, lift up to fifty pounds unassisted, and reach overhead and below
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime periods and assist at our other residential communities when needed
• Availability to respond to after-hours emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays
