Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Beachwalk Apartments, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and asset protection.

Requirements

• At least 3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community
• Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional English
• Ability to navigate stairs and ladders, lift up to fifty pounds unassisted, and reach overhead and below
