Residential Service Technician - Mundelein, IL

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician for our residential apartment community, Park Butterfield Apartments, in Mundelein, IL. The position involves maintaining apartment homes, common areas, and grounds, as well as providing superior customer care.

Requirements

• Prior multifamily housing experience preferred
• 3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community
• Ability to perform unit turn work timely to meet deadlines and with a great eye for detail
• Ability to resolve work orders efficiently and with care
• Must have valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
