Requirements
- Sourcing, pitching and signing new brand partners across multiple sectors
- Managing and growing existing partner relationships
- Building your own pipeline through proactive outreach and negotiation
- Securing strong commercial deals aligned to TLC's reward strategy
- Delivering partner-led campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Client Services
- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Optimising costs and driving profitability across agreements
- Spotting trends and partnership opportunities to fuel innovation
