This is a commercially driven, relationship-led position for someone who loves spotting opportunity, negotiating standout deals, and representing our rewards portfolio with confidence and flair.
Requirements
- Source, recruit, and onboard new brand partners across Dining, Travel, Fitness, Retail, Entertainment, and more.
- Grow and retain existing partner relationships, ensuring ongoing value and engagement.
- Lead commercial negotiations, delivering creative, high-value partnerships aligned with client and business goals.
- Champion TLC's Rewards Portfolio internally, collaborating with Client Success, Creative, Product, and Data teams.
- Maintain accurate partner data, assess new opportunities, and support seamless partner delivery once campaigns go live.
