Job Description
This Property Leasing Consultant role involves managing own success by achieving leasing goals (occupancy & rent growth) and building rapport with prospects and residents. The position reports to the Property Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Computer literacy in MS Word and e-mail
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact in a team environment
- Drug test and background check required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Compliance with state, federal, and local laws relating to Fair Housing
