Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support customers through real financial needs, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience running a store. The role involves maximizing customer success, assessing risk, and maintaining customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Background check required
