Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual)

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support customers through financial needs, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience running a store. You'll drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management while upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
