General Manager

As a General Manager, you'll provide reliable financial solutions to customers and lead your team to grow revenue and build brand loyalty. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, enforcing quality standards, and participating in audits and compliance reviews. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
• Must be at least 18 years of age
