Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position
