As a General Manager, you'll provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges and lead your team to grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
