General Manager

As a General Manager, you'll provide reliable financial solutions to customers, manage daily operations, and lead your team to grow revenue and build brand loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
• Background check required
