Procurement Operations Analyst

The TMX group of companies is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join their team. The role involves analyzing spend data, managing procurement systems, and delivering process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience in procurement and vendor management services.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement and vendor management services.
• 5+ years of significant experience in accounting, finance, and/or working with statistics and data analytics.
• Very strong technical aptitude, data, visualization, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency across a range of tools and technologies, including AI.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and ensure clarity among team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply appropriate tools and analysis to specific situations.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams, even without direct authority.
