Our client, a renowned Austrian company, is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) in Upper Austria. The role involves various tasks such as contract preparation, review, and negotiation, as well as interface with external partners and ongoing care of corporate law matters.

Requirements

• Completed studies in law or economics
• First professional experience in a law firm or in-house position
• Relevant knowledge in contract law, sales law, and company law as well as compliance topics (AML; KYC)
• Excellent German and very good English skills
• Confident appearance, assertiveness, and communication strength
