Job Description
Our client, a renowned Austrian industrial company, is looking for a Legal Counsel in Vienna. The job involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, checking tenders, and managing corporate law issues.
Requirements
- Completed studies in law or economics
- Initial professional experience in a law firm or in-house position
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, sales law, and corporate law as well as compliance topics (money laundering, anti-corruption)
- Excellent German and very good English skills
- Confident appearance, assertiveness, and communication strength
