Our client is a successful Austrian industrial company looking for an experienced Service Desk employee to support the IT team. The employee will be the first point of contact for employees via hotline, ticket system, or directly on site.
Requirements
- Solid IT education (HTL, apprenticeship, study or comparable)
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support/field service
- Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Active Directory, user management, MDM)
- Fluency in German (writing and speaking)
- Communication skills, service-oriented, and resilient
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) is a plus
