Job Description
As a Senior Director of FinTech Engineering, you will lead a group of engineering leaders and teams focused on delivering a seamless and feature-rich payments experience, a suite of capital offerings, and robust foundational FinTech capabilities.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in building and operating software within SaaS environments
- 5+ years in leadership or equivalent roles
- 10+ years of experience in FinTech and payments
- Experience leading multiple engineering groups and leaders
- Track record of successful hiring across multiple locations and remotely
- Ability to innovate within a larger organization
- Desire and demonstrated ability to grow and develop emerging and more experienced leaders
