We have a very exciting opportunity for a Development Project Manager to join our Place Shaping Programme, playing a key role in delivering high-quality housing developments that make a real difference to communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing projects from concept to completion, shaping places and creating sustainable homes for the future.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering housing development projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of Homes England Development Standards and social housing development
- Experience of financial appraisals, scheme viability and budget management
- A track record of working in partnership with contractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Experience negotiating construction and purchase contracts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple schemes
- Knowledge of regeneration and development within the residential sector
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and relevant systems
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
