As a Business Development Manager - Immediate House Sales, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in lending to customers in the residential cash-buying property market.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of experience of dealing with residential property
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- A background in telephone or face to face sales
- Able to operate outside of own personal objectives & work in a team to achieve business objectives and maximise sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of working with a CRM system and updating contact records
