2+ years of experience in AML compliance, preferably in the financial services sector, and relevant certifications such as CAMS or ICA are desirable

Financial Services experience, Telephone Sales experience, Relationship building skills

At least 3 years of experience in Service Management, with a focus on ITIL best practices and continual service improvement

Senior Project Manager experience, significant exposure to change, governance, and compliance, and experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

5-10 years of experience in a lending environment, advanced financial analysis capability, expert in structuring complex lending solutions

2-5 years of experience, High school degree, Bachelor's degree

Mortgage experience, telephone based role experience, relationship building and communication skills

Collections experience, excellent customer service, and attention to detail are required

Must have Collections and Recoveries experience, ability to deal with vulnerable customers, and experience of assessing affordability

2-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining an LMS/LXP, designing digital learning journeys, and interpreting learning data
