HR Business Partner role supporting People initiatives across specific stakeholder areas, providing support, guidance and advice to people managers and leaders. Acting as a conduit between the business and the People team.
Requirements
- Prior experience of operating as a HR Business / People Partner
- Proven experience of leading, advising and influencing stakeholders on a broad remit of people related topics
- Experience of supporting people related initiatives, including performance management and talent management processes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
- Prior experience of working with a range of HR systems and tools
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
