Development Manager (Hybrid - Atlanta, GA)

The Development Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers and contributing directly to code and architecture. The role involves 50% people management and 50% hands-on technical work, including guiding architectural decisions, maintaining legacy applications, and writing code in.NET and React.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in a lead or senior engineering role
• 5–6 years of experience with.NET
• 4–5 years of experience with AWS
• 2–3 years of experience with React
• Strong experience with SQL Server
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
