The Development Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers while also contributing directly to code and architecture. This role is 50% people management and 50% hands-on technical work.
Requirements
- 5β10 years in a lead or senior engineering role
- 5β6 years of experience with.NET
- 4β5 years of experience with AWS
- 2β3 years of experience with React
- Strong experience with SQL Server
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
