Investor Relations Manager - Crypto Firm

The Investor Relations Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy, build and manage relationships with investors, and support capital raising initiatives. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in investor relations or sell-side roles, with a strong focus on capital markets, equity research, and corporate finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in investor relations or sell-side roles
• Strong focus on capital markets, equity research, and corporate finance
• Prior experience with primary market capital raising and fundraising lifecycle
• Experience working within a publicly listed company (ListCo) environment or a strong understanding of its disclosure standards and reporting cadence
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, conducting financial analysis, and presenting investment opportunities to institutional investors
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with English and Chinese
