Provide human resource support and guidance, manage project coordination, and oversee Mailroom/Reception personnel. Conduct training, manage HRIS, and troubleshoot employee data.
Requirements
- High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Human Resources certification preferred
- 4+ years’ experience providing HR operational support within a large company Human Resource Department
- 2+ years’ experience in data entry into an HRIS System (Workday preferred)
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Word, and Excel
- 1+ years’ experience supervising others
