Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support and is the primary initial contact for Team Members in a high-volume Distribution Center. The role plays a key part in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HRIS systems, Dayforce preferred
• Familiarity with HR metrics, compliance requirements, and data privacy practices
