Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, with a strong emphasis on onboarding, compliance processes, and employee lifecycle administration.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with onboarding, background checks, and HR compliance processes strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
