Tonic are looking for an Executive Head Chef to work at one of our clients contract catering sites in Birmingham city centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen financial management, team leadership, and developing creative menus.

- Experience in kitchen financial management
- Creativity in menu development
- Experience in a contract catering company
- 3 ROSETTE / 1 MICHELIN STAR experience
