Your mission
Understanding customer growth from the existing account base through cross-selling and upselling
Increasing customer retention and growth in line with individual KPI’s
Managing constantly incoming new B2B customer streams
Identifying customers demand and preparing quotations
Embracing the powerful features of our CRM system
Independent working manner and account management with room for self-organisation
Your profile
Any Bachelor and/or Master degree
Minimum of 3 years work experience in B2B sales
Strong communication skills
Customer-centric thinking
Enthusiasm for sales and the circular economy/ circular IT
Fluent language skills in Polish and good English skills for our internal communication
