Job Description
Toogeza is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and engage with high-level HR professionals in the European market. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, coordinating calls, and tracking activities in HubSpot CRM, with a focus on growing the pipeline and assisting in early-stage deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in business development, sales development, or lead generation (SaaS, HR tech, or B2B software a plus).
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders - HRDs, CPOs, CEOs.
- Metrics-driven and accountable for meetings and pipeline creation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
