Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Producer for Kidology, a fast-growing tech product that helps parents of children with ADHD and behavioral difficulties. The role offers a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of creative strategy, and grow into a leadership position within the next year.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Strategist / UA Creative Specialist
- Strong experience in performance marketing and web-based products
- Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Ads creatives
- Proven track record of creating creatives that meet or exceed performance benchmarks
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-driven creatives
- Experience working with UGC formats, storytelling, and funnels
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable creative ideas
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level
