Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our marketing team. As an expert in generating impactful concepts and collaborating across disciplines, you will help improve and develop marketing creative strategy and drive creative innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Creative Producer or similar position
- Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content and writing persuasive direct response communications
- Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that regularly outperform the benchmarks, coupled with a proven track record of consistently achieving marketing KPIs
- Strong background in performance marketing that is driven by insights and analytics
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Empathetic team development skills that foster both individual growth and teamwide success
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English level
